Wow, never knew about how big Wal-mart was. The only problem you have incountered is that...There is no Wal-mart in
NORTH KOREA, TIBET, KAKISTAN, BORA-BORA, ETC. So they can't be world dominate (wait for one near you). You know,
when everyone else starts dropping their prices, then Wal-mart won't seem so dominating to you. If they can sell at lower
prices, then so can places like target,safeway etc. also can. "HE WHO HAS LOWER PRICES WINS". This applies to our economy
and what people can afford. By the way, I have found that Safeway IS cheaper than Wal-mart on a lot of things.
What this all boils down to is people like to shop but don't like to have to go from store to store tracking down deals and different
products when they are all (mostly) at one store, which brings up the cost of gas going to one store to another and another. They
have to find a parking place (a pain in the ass) then since they are mostly lazy, gotta get out of the car and walk in. Doing this 10 times or more per day, women are worn out from pushing that shopping cart all day. Did I forget all the traffic you have to fight?
Personally I use the fewest amount of stores as I can't hit them all in one day. I like home Depot as they have everything and
so what if the prices are a little higher, think of all the gas I'm saving. They "get it done" and I never have to hear ;
were out of stock on that one
or a famous one ; it will be in tomorrow on the truck (hey I'm building now not tomorrow),
or how about the all aroundexcuse; We don't carry that anymore.
When it comes to returns, there is no problem, where in the smaller stores, It tales more information and hassle than it does to
get on a plane and fly to china.
Ok, thats my rant...
