That's because that's where all these very rich guys prefer to be. That's where everything (including the girlfriends) they want and /or need is available to them.
Most if not all, also have estates, in out of the way places, when they need to get away. ....or to hide!!! haha!!

There are some very, very wealthy women in China too, they play very similar games to the wealthy men. There are some real bitches among them believe me!! lol!!
