I will be in Chengdu from Feb 10th to Feb 24th.

I am happy to go to GZ for the gathering, once we decide a  date. Prefer not to be in GZ on Feb 14th...got other things to do :icon_cheesygrin::icon_cheesygrin:

Because of the Chinese new Year probably best to fit in a date after the holiday so somewhere round about 18 -20th will be best for all concerned.

My dates are flexible I think - hang on I will check my diary - no it's ok it is blank for the rest of the year!!!!!

Willy

PS on the get together -any want a message  -sorry a massage - I can bring two ladies from Zhongshan if they are still speaking to me!!!

Chwen Yan

Do not worry.    I will behave like a true English Gentleman.

After all I am betrothed to be married sometime in the next decade!

I will tell you story of the land of my forefathers, because like the Chinese us Englishen have a long history, maybe not as old as China's but much older than the countries of  the rest of the colonials that are on this forum.   I can tell you how my own Father came to China many, many years ago before any of the Rif Raf now on this forum was born!!!  Including myself.:icon_cheesygrin:

And no Ted he did not come with Marco Polo!!!!  It was the year after!

Chen Yan you don't have to worry about Willy he is just a old British guy. With big delusions of grandeur. He will spend most of the time setting in a corner drooling on himself.Dreaming of the days of past glory. Of the old Britsh emipire lost and detroyed over 200 years ago.:icon_cheesygrin:

Everybody Knows that North America and south America have alot more history. Then the little island Willy comes from.

I will definitely not be there.  Circumstances have changed for me.  I will be going the first week in April.  Ted I am sure we will be passing through Guangzhou to Shaoguan.  When I get more details I will contact you.
