Visitation Visa to Marry in UK

My Sunny was telling me today about a person she knows that applied four months ago to move to the UK to marry her man.
She hasn't a word of English, at least she didn't when i met her last time I was in China.
She applied , has had the Interview (done in Chinese - it was apparently 2 hours long, but she obviously passed).
So four months to meet and move your lady to England and she will get married in England.
Not bad at all, I so very much wish there was such a way of doing things in this backwater. But as they say - Nothing worth having comes easily.
