If a picture is worth a thousand words, then let me scribe nine hundred and eighty two more.
Today for her but tomorrow for me marks our one year aniversary.
Red book in hand our lives entwine, that first day ended sipping a glass of fine red wine.
A year ago but still so haungtingly fresh because I miss her so much.
The weeks slipped by, another visit washed with tears from May month showers. June brought news of Hong Kong receipt and status of "Application in Processes".
Then the long wait begins hoping for a speedy result, but the burden is upon patience and that Love will triumph over frustration as every week' s check still bears "Application in Processes".
Late summer months passed so tantalizingly slow as wedding plans were made for an October show. And what stories abound with red shoes found and two rings make despair to mark the highlights of an incredible Love tale.
December's chilling breathe brought spirits low with endless lonely nights awashed with winter snow. But with a New Years beginning a new hope aglow, please be it soon her visa cometh.
Now once again in February's embrace I find myself one year the richer, one year with my wife. Although seperated by distance our Love abounds strengthend by time's trials and tribulations.
The Heart beats count each passing moment a true chronographer recording life's worth.
So do not count the seconds, do not count the days, but live the life that love has granted to its fullest each and every day.
So hear me bretheren from this site I salute you all and all our Asian wifes. And even though I never reached that thousand word goal, this saga is far from done,my story will march onwards counting cadence from the drum beat of my heart.
Thank you for the leading of your ears my fellow countrymen in the land of Asian spheres. Today is my Aniversary and I feel the need for good cheer.
