There are three, very well equipped/kept internet cafes close to our place, in Changsha, that charge 3 rmb an hour. Also their sizes are fairly large with many pc's.

In Cyprus, walk-in off the street and it's around 75c (Euro) an hour. Or you can buy a weekly card for 6 Euros unlimited!!  I believe they also sell monthly cards, but not sure what they charge for them

In China from what i can remember, ranged from 2 RMB to 5RMB per hour, depending on the City, facilities you used, and the class of the establishment.... As i have stated before, some of these establishments are very sophisticated and definitly a cut above your normal internet cafe.... As far as China is concerned, i am now maybe 3 years out of date. ...lol!!!

For those that are unaware of what's available in China. These days, most of whats available in the West is also very much available in China. Technology is one of the driving forces in China's rise in the world theatre.

As for WiFi, It's available everywhere, especially within public areas, which would include airports, railway stations, etc, etc.....

Hell, ....most of today's technology components are Made in China these days, ...Right ???
