Ted, out of curosity, what do they have in China in the way of beef Jerky?  How do they make it, what is made of and most
important, what do they think of Jack Link beef Jerkey and the taste?:huh:

they love it Rocky  as far as what they have here i dont know what you
call it but it is terrible to say the least  i have tried many different varieties
and havent found one yet i like. my wife likes the stuff Shaun brought

Shaun, I didn't know that beef Jerkey was that prized in China,  you could be rich if you had enough to sell.  Wonder how hard it

Yes I will post photos here I am choosing to spend time with Peggy rather than edit photos.  I type when she is asleep or cooking.  Right now she is cooking supper.  She is a phenomenal cook.  I may kiss all other ventures goodbye and open a restaurant when she comes to America.  She is extremely good.
