Visitor Visa UK
« on: July 15, 2010, 10:17:27 pm »
After applying on 16th June for a visa to visit the UK the courier has just arrived with my wife's package. Has taken just on 20 working days as they said it would.   She now has a multi entry visa for the UK valid until end of January 2011.  She is entitled to stay for 6 months at a time.

However we will only be gone for 7 or 8 days as the new business will be fully launched by then but that will give her time to realse what a crappy place London is out of the the Centre.    May go back for Christmas if she likes flying or sailing.  She has never been on a ferry boat even let alone an aircraft!!!

Of course that is if she does not go AWOL while in London.

Still I have the the keys to the apartment and the fridge will be stocked up with beer before we go so it will not be a problem!!!!!!!!!  Just joking Honey.  Oh forgot she does not read English yet. In which case I am serious. 8)

No issues from the Queen or UK Parliament.

Just a addendum to her visa.  It states no recourse to public funds and definately not to be accompanied by one of 'those shirts'.
