Long wait for UK Settlement Visa

My wife applied in Wuhan on the 9th June 2010, the application arrived in Beijing on the 10th June and to date, she's still waiting for her UK Settlement Visa. I worked out we have waited for 45 working days. I am just wondering whether anyone out there has also been waiting for a long time like us.
