I think that Jonny has raised some interesting points here..(BTW...welcome aboard)
We all regard the CHNLove ratings system as a bit of a joke........it's like giving an alcoholic the keys to a Brewery, how can any Organisation be objective when it rates "itself"..
?
Having said this, it is no surprise to us, is it, that the worst ratings come from those Agencies who we all would immediately recognise as the leaders in the fraud stakes...I particularly refer to Nuhan and Beijing OUI.
Therefore, CHNLove may well have been very clever...or very honest...which one .
If they are very clever, then they must realise that they cannot get away with rating everybody as perfect, it would be too suspicious and nobody would believe them. So they chuck in a few "poor" ratings to put us off the scent.
If on the other hand, they have been honest and have honestly given a poor rating to those Agencies that we all know deserve a poor rating...then they have been very honest. !!!!
So guys, lets not shoot the messenger, Jonny may have given us another dimension to consider that we maybe know instinctively, but now we can look at it in a slightly different light.
Either which way, it does not alter the stance we always take, which is to only use any Agency for a minimum time and get on to real communications as soon as possible.
