My wife's two favorite expressions since settiling here are "It's too easy" & "Very successful" as she gets use to adjusting to her new life. I have had to test sample many of her attempts at mixing Western with Eastern cooking and baking. And as Arnold mentioned, having to sample means I 8 it all up. But he is wrong with me being 53  , I am 35 and Dyslexic.
