A year ago, I used their service. I applied for a 1- year visa (as usual).
My total cost was $140. as I recall.
This is the cost of the China visa, the $140 consular fee. The visa service was 'free'.
Sent reg mail on a Monday..received my new China visa like 8 days later. Very good.
The processing was in San Francisco.

I do not know is other countries have this "free" Hangzhou arrangement, but I was very
satisfied. I will use again.

In OZ is different, go to the consulate apply and pay with your passport 3 days later can pick up visa already in passport.  You can also pay a little extra and get it done in 2 or 1 days.  Fees vary on turn around time and lenght of visa.
