Higher Visa Charge

Just been to renew my Visa for another twelve months with multiple entries.  Cost this year 1846 rmb a rise of 400 rmb from last year!  'Tie gui le' my wife said. 'Your worth it' said I. 

But there was an upside. On way home we passed a new store - Walmarts are in Zhongshan - good enough reason not to go that way again!

Twelve months have past by and do I find that the price has risen?

Well no, in fact a minor reduction. 1826 rmb for the 12 month multi entry visa now.  Yippee I have saved 20 rmb!

Might just be depreciation factor or senior citizens discount that was extended to you!

I could qualify for retired persons rate. But to do so I would need to visit at least 50 trash bins a day and collect plastic bottles.
