Tale of a Chinese wife

Hi all

Just a small story to make you oldies chuckle...and for the newbies, maybe an insight:

Me: Honey I will cook Tom Yum (Thai) soup for dinner OK ?

Her: OK, what do you want with it...rice, noodles, bread, roti (pancake, Indonesian), Chapati (bread, Indian)

Me: Noodles , I think

Her: Which noodles do you want...rice, egg, vermicelli or Italian (pasta)

Me:  Egg noodles, I think

Her: Which egg noodles...thin, thick, flat or big

Me: Thin, I think

Her: We have no thin, egg noodles...I will cook some rice. !!!!!!!!!!!

Lesson : Sometimes you walk 10 miles to advance 10 yards with your Chinese wife...or learn to ask the right questions
