My sister's family just spent a lovely 10 days in Hong Kong with my wife and I. Last weekend, we went to Hong Kong's most beautiful beach, Tai Long Wan, and to some lovely waterfalls at Ng Tung Chai, where I couldn't resist a swim. My wife was the perfect host, making us all some fantastic meals. My brother-in-law, who is French, introduced my wife to the joys of the barbecue.
