It seems that yes, I will have to meet Arnold there, whatever it would be in Shanghai or Guangzhou :)
I just can know it will be a really nice moment, the first meeting with one Brother.
I think we could drink some Champagne because of so many things ^^'
My holidays in South of France were really nice, it is just so nice to spend some time with our children and to have fun with them :) maybe next year she could come with me in China.. well, I will have to see about it with my ex girlfriend (she could be ok for one week, but for 2.. we have to deal about it..^^)
Irish', thanks about your idea, I just think I have to do the Pearl River cruise by night with Lyian. I'm sure she would really like it, too.

I have to study a bit some more my chinese, just because when I was on holidays with my daughter, I did not really study...:blush:
My bag is almost ready, now, I'm waiting for my visa to be ready, too, and all would be ok :)

I have just written again to my contacts in Shanghai (no news given since 3 weeks, because of many money to be saved), so I hope anyway they will write back and still will be happy to see me once I'll be there. ^^'

For sure, that trip will never be the same as the Chongqing's one ^^'
J-11 before going in China ^^', it's just so near !!!!!!!!!!! :icon_cheesygrin:

Willy , that is very strange ... that's not like him ? I wonder what could have happened , that it might be too embarrassing for him to say anything ? If all thing's were to go by plan , he would of shown himself . :huh:

Arnold I think its more likely (hope it is) that its working out great and he doesn't have access to a computer!
In my last two visits when I was with my Ling i didn't post because I was with her and computers were way down the list ...

Well, last line before going again in China, but this time, in Shanghai ^^'
I'm waiting for my visa to be done, Lyian told me via QQ that she booked the 2 hotels (one in her city and the other one in Guangzhou) and that she was ok about Pearl River ^^' (it seems she really likes that Idea, so, A BIG THANK to you, Irishman ;) )
She says too that it will be the first time for her to meet a foreigner, so she would certainly be shy and many other things. I have just guessed that she was more and more learning english, and it's really nice. For sure, I'm just counting days that separate from the "departure"?^^'
Any more news just before going there.
Btw, I'm still around ;)

Sly and I will have Breakfast at my Hotel and than go to the new Finacial Building ( which the last time I was there it Rained and was cloudy ) and go for Lunch ( this is for Chong and Martin ) to Yu Yuan Garden's for the most famous of all the Dumpling's in China the Xiaolongbao dumpling's . Mmmmmm yum yum ... I will take photo's for sure . haha

Maxx, Ok, I'll remember to check for Beijing Street in Gz, maybe Lyian knows this street in fact, maye not, well, we'll see :)

Good news on Ted  aka ttwjr32.  Been talking to him on the telephone and i am meeting up with him and his new wife in Zhongshan on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.  Ted is in Guangzhou but cannot get on internet yet.

Could send photo but have not got hang of doing that yet.

Can anyone help?

I give up - I can attach photo to my email but can see no way to do it here.  

But now suddenly found a way.

This is Ted aka ttwjr32 and his new wife Sisi.

But still have not sorted the re sizing. but then Ted is  big boy
