I'd be like a red tomato, then changing to blue, green, red... as a rainbow, smiling then having some of my tears like crying, and trying to not burn everythin in front of me while opening my mouth when I'd speak... :D

My goodness Sichuan food is spicy. My lady tells me that Chongqing ladies are tall, and are the best looking in China. Is she right?

Now I'm back in Wuhan I'll still stand by my lady's opinion that Sichuan ladies are the best looking.

I keep seeing references to all the tall Sichuan ladies, but when I look at the profiles from there, I don't find them that tall.  What do you guys consider tall?  Or is it the fact that I'm 183cm/6' tall skewing the results?

Well bear in mind that only a miniscule proportion of Chinese ladies are on chnlove. The ones walking in the streets - wow :angel:.

Did anyone else here watch Paul Merton In China?

For the non Brits and Irish he's a famous UK comedian and took a trip around China and made a documentary, its actually not bad even if he is a bit too squeamish in some respects.
Its fairly easy to find on torrent if anyone is interested, well worth watch as he goes all over China.

Ok to get back on topic, he's in one place and they are in a restaurant and the lady tells him that the area is famous for the beauty of the local women. The (very pretty) translator that accompanies him around is not impressed and says afterwards that every place in China says they have the prettiest girls.
Then Merton asks her where the prettiest boys are and she says northern China around Beijing or something, aka her area, rather funny stuff!
Become the change you want today, or all your tomorrows will be like yesterday.

Hi Brett;

It's been fascinating following your Wuhan jouney and your lady is indeed gorgoeous in the photos you posted.

Just to address your question regarding Chongqin ladies being tall; my lady is, as she tells me in her last letter, born and bred in Chongqin (one of the tips for questions to ask that you gave me - so thanks for that), and she is 5'3" tall.  So, not tall at all.  Moreover, having done some research about her agency and viewed many of the profiles there (all from Chongqin) I found that a good deal of the ladies registered at that agency were 5'3" or thereabout.

I don't know if that answers your question but it may give some insight in to it.

Welcome back to the UK and the flat green pastures of Essex!
