OK guys, I just got to checking on the one I got at Wal Mart and it cost me about 33.00 its a Logteck 3500 series, and when I webcammed ShuFen we got a real good connection and it also come with a set of headphones and a mic, I had no trouble loading it and it worked the first time, sure I get drops once in a while but all I have had to do is close it and resend it and away we went, it officially set me up with MSN live.com but I have also been able to use it with Yahoo, and the agency has yahoo. as I talk to my translator once in awhile also. But again, its a Logteck 3500 serries and  cost around 33 bucks if you want to look into it and for me it works great..Just my two cents
