Looks like it's mostly in Shanghai, but interesting.

So if this is just in one city, it could spread to all city's or the Chinese people could put up such a fuss over this, the cell phone companys and the police will have to back down. As far as privacy in China,,hahaha :icon_cheesygrin:

I'm thinking when your computer did a handshake with the servers in China and it extended a hand with a latex glove on it the Chinese servers saw the pile of porn cookies behind it and decided to make up some story about hearing it's mother calling? Why do you think I plan on leaving my computer at home? LOL

I though the whole reason was to watch what you download!!

Mind you using teh Express proxy server I have been able to make a lot of downloads but very slowly.
