Man .. all I see is one Steam-basket on the Table ? Where are all the Beer bottle's ( under the table ) ? Now don't tell me , you all celebrated with Water ?
Really now , it is always such a great time/day to meet up with someone from here and to make it a three-some even better . hahaha

Actually that was a double basket. ;D But that said, we ordered a few more (well, I ordered... Martin and Mike helped in the eating)... Think we did alright though.
I think Alison's going to be ordering lots of potstickers in the near future... minus the hot and sour soup.

Sorry I missed it this time. I would have liked to meet Mike and In-Jaul, as well as helped in the dumpling feast! :)

Well, based on Saturday's attendance, we'll need a bigger table next time... I'm guessing there will be a minimum of 4, most likely (hopefully) 5 or 6 people.

Ah getting together and enjoying Dumplings,Vegetables, and good conversation is what it
is all about. Looks as though the newly married man was quite estactic by the look on his face.

It was great getting together with both of you. We are going to need to move to a bigger table...next lunch, my wife will be here..and as the different guys are marrying, and bring their women back to Canada, we might even out grow the restaurant.
Lunch was fantastic...mustfocus, you did a great job picking out the different choices. Lets get together soon. Bee...hopefully you will be there for the next round. We will try to give more notice. Mike...fantastic meeting you as well.

I think the next table we'll be at will be Table 13 (the round one in the corner). After that, we'll have to figure out where else. We might have to start reserving private rooms. ;D Luckily there is a sichuan restaurant around the corner with a room. I just have no clue how many people it can hold or if they sell anything that isn't spicy.

Spicy food is good too...just like Hunan food.

True, but I do have to think of the people who can't handle really spicy foods... We'll figure out something. Plenty of restaurants to play with.

We can have them put a couple tables together or use a couple booths. They will figure something out. And handling the spicy foods usually is not a problem. It is just paying for it afterwards.... hahahahaha! :o :'( ::) ;)

just have a few beers with that spicy food it always helps lol!!!
and of course you dont have a table problem in china as the places are set up for many
people at one table and the places are huge

Sounds like fun.
But I'm stuck in Harbin, I don't even think other Chinese know where this place is. Such a small town of only 9 million.

Harbin the land of ice sculputers in the winter what fun it was a few years their.
i remember going into a bar if thats what you want to call it sitting on ice sculptured chairs
and drinking harbin beer. now if that doesnt beat all and you actually forget how cold it is
outside. great time

find a hall and everyone put in to rent it (CHEAP) but see how many are coming first, then order lots and lots of food and beer, first one to fall out of their chair
is the loser....lol
