Hey everyone,
Just a heads up. White day is coming up on March 14th. Although mostly celebrated in Japan and South Korea, it's been gaining popularity in China as well...
For those who don't know, it's the Japanese version of a reverse Valentine's Day (although in Japan, Feb 14th is when a lot of girls give chocolates or some other type of gift to their boyfriends).

Thanks for that info In-Jaul . My LaoPo lived in Tokyo for five years , so she should know of this . I'll be waiting NOW for sure for my Candy and ..???? .

Actually, it's the other way around... you need to have candy (expensive stuff) to give to her... :o

Hey .. I look at the " REVERSE " doesn't that mean "I" receive ?

I gotta say, I am with Arnold on this one. If its reverse, why would he buy for his wife? Or is this one of those double negatives?

Depends on if Arnold really wants to risk it. ;D

Because February 14th is when girls would give the guys chocolate and March 14th is when the guys reciprocate by giving something more expensive =]

It seems , we give and then .. give again . I was married 30 yrs. before and now almost 3 and all I ever received was a Card . hahaha
Oh ... I'm owed sooo much !

So let me see if I got this right..... February 14th is "Reverse" Valentines day (where girls give boys chocolates) in Japan and March 14th is "White" day when boys give girls chocolates in Japan.
But when we celebrated Valentines day it was celebrated as when people who cared for eachother gave their love interest candies and/or cards. I am getting a little confused about all this....
Could we maybe just every once in a while randomly give our love interest some chocolates or candies?

"Reverse" .. or not , I received my " Candy " and " Honey " either way . What are Sweethearts for .. ? Like the Super Bee says , it doesn't have to be a Special Day .. just do it out of Love ! Buzz Buzz
