I agree with the Judge in this case of circumstance . She also wanted to pay for it with taking her own Life . This would have punished her Husband the most , if she also died . I myself would NOT want to live in such a state of Illness and force hardship on other's , especially loved ones .

Im trying to put myself in this womans position and my god.. i mean, what would any of us had done if we were in her position?

Tough issue.  Arguments can be made for both sides and neither side is completely right or wrong.
