Title: The 17 Year Crop

I am currently taken orders for the main ingredients for a Chinese delicacy. My children have their nets and boxes prepared for the hunt which should begin within the next few days. The experts are predicting a bumper crop this season ,so get your orders in early!  ;D :o :-\

Is this the year of the Cicada? I hadnt heard that.

My grandparents and most people around here has always called then locust bugs. I love to listen to them sing in the summer but have never ate any yet. I dont think I will start now but will be interested to see Linda and Ziwei's reaction.

I tried the chicken feet, but I draw the line at eating what I normally bait hooks with! ;D

I wont eat chicken feet. Cause...you know where they have been walking. yep, chicken-shit. And they don't wear shoes.
