So you tell us how do you want this web site to be run?

My 2 cents worth............

I have a view that the Site is like a Business.

It has a Board of Directors....(the Administrator and the Mods)

It has a lot of shareholders...(the Bros)

It has a lot of workers ..(the Bros also)

It has a lot of customers...... (the Chinese Ladies we pursue)

It has be efficient and make a "profit"...(the profit is the knowlege base that makes the job of finding a Chinese wife easier and less fraught with pain and cost)

Like any Business, the workers are more or less free to get on with their jobs and get profits in any way possible that does not conflict with the Policy laid down by the Board of Directors.

To get these profits we must satisfy our customers....in many ways, (including Viagra Willy )!!!!!

The workers provide the information to:  stay inside Policy, derive shareholder value, make profits and satisfy customers.

Like any Business, there will be good and bad strategy and tactics.

Provided that any strategy and tactics are focussed on providing shareholder value, customer satisfaction and profit..it is OK...provided it also stays within the Policy.

In the final crunch, it must be that the Board of Directors have the ultimate say on what is or is not appropriate in what the workers do.

Other than that...it is anarchy..which goes nowhere, never.

It may be time to close this thread and move on.  I would like to see Biggie come back.  He isn't leaving until Tuesday so he is seeing the posts and loving it I imagine.  The site should continue just like it is and everyone should consider a little correction as a normal part of life.  We all need a little correcting every now and then.  So when correction come we should man up and take it to heart, take what we really need and throw the rest out along with out attitudes.

I do not profess to know the whole story and won't try.  Biggie if you are out there reading, I know you are upset, and I consider you a friend but man up and come back, you are not immune from being corrected either.  If the mods were wrong then they are human and make mistakes.  So why don't you stick around and maybe we all can make this a better place by communicating.

Yes I agree, it is time to move on. I know that this thread is motivated by concern for a friend. But people coming and going is part of this place. We don't need to be upset by this movement. There are going to be a lot of people who visit and join this site that will come and go. They will go for a shorter or longer time, and some will not return at all. We should not pester people when they decide to have a break from our circle of friends. It's part of life to lose touch with some people and get in touch with others. The fact that this happens does not mean that the relationships we form here are trivial. It is like the way we think about our friends at school. The fact that we lose touch with our friends at school, does not mean that at the time we were friends at school, these relationships were not real.

Maxx: I was going to comment. But ill just blow to the wind on all this.

Rhonald: I understand the ordeal with the thrash talking among friends. Everyone does it from time to time. But when the "Friends" issue is not there. It creates what unfolded over the few days ago.

Sly: Dont worry hes eyeballing ya. Hehehehe

David E: What the. Nevermind.

Shaun: Im sure biggie sees ya. But in reality. I dont think it is worth his time to actually come back and face the whole event over again. He might
come back. But i wouldnt hold my breath on it. He was not all that impressed by the results at all.

I don't know what this is all about, I've missed somthing somewhere, but, as your all my friends, and I respect each and every one of you and enjoy talking to you, all I can say is can't we all be friends, let this pass like water on a ducks back and get back to the orginal forum I have grown to love.  By the way, tis the season to be jolly and I want to wish everyone a merry christmas. I'd have sent you all xmas cards, but the dog ate my list...anyway this will have to do. You all do a great job, no matter who you are. Never seen a forum this good anywhere.
Speaking about medals, I think you all should recieve one!
Nuff said, sit back and have some egg-nog....
