mind game
this is interesting from a different viewpoint..a bit more obvious if you play your mind game.
these girls are said to be 17- 22 years of age. their parents are 40ish more likely than not.
now, using my wife as an example, I wonder what life awaits these young women as they
grow into their “prime”? by prime, I am writing a "Western” standard (today's), say 35- 49. not
the Chinese variety, +35 yrs, you are burnt toast.
my wife is in her mid- 40's & “very conservative” in her life style. her requirements are simple.
maybe she is a typical Chinese woman or darn close to whatever typical is. I would say my wife is
still in her computer learning curve. probably most Chinese women that age are much the same as
her from what I gather from the posts on this site.
if you extrapolate multiculturalism, gender population trends, socio- economic trends &
developments, and of course, the nightmare of geo- political realities, into the far future, maybe
20- 25 years, what life awaits these fine examples of young Chinese women? The article is just a
taste teaser...in general I refer to all the young Chinese women coming into age.
of course, she can not be like her mother now, things happen, things change.
these young women will more than likely have their different brave new world. information
technologies change dramatically, but the end result is the same. information in a moment.
more understandable...the world will be smaller and closer.
still there maybe the Chinese traditionalism of gender bias that comes into play. how long can
that play out with the increasing disparity of population gender?
or will the whole world become knowledge institutionalized, the “playing fields” leveling. maybe
the Chinese woman becomes more like her Western sister or the Western man like China
men.

(I think today's day & age was a perfect recipe for my wife & I. the future?
I am not discounting anything. today is "what it is").
