Update:

Monday I called the prosecuting immigration officer to ask if there has been any decision in my case since we've waited 3 months.  I had to leave a message on his machine.
Tuesday I received a letter in the mail sent the previous week stating that they had not received my submissions.  I had mailed the submissions in May.  Luckily I still have the receipt and was able to track the package as delivered and got a screen capture of the delivery information including the name of the person that signed for it.
Today I have resent my submissions along with a copy of the postal receipt and info, and a cover letter outlining the considerable delays we've had to endure.  No idea how much longer we have to wait for a decision.  In February, we will have been married 3 years.

... figures, but no surprise! Immigration is as good as the white house, in dealing with paperwork.

They goof up and it's alway's the same sh*t, "You" have not....
