I can normally get to shops and with a bit of Chinese a little pointing and a lot of luck I usually end up with most of the things I want.

However - run out of water yesterday! Could have gone to shop but those great big bottles take a lot of carrying.

So got on the phone to a delivery company. I gave my order and delivery instructions - (ALL IN CHINESE) and 20 minutes later a knock at door and there it was.

My first ever order over the telephone and successful.
