What is with the shoe thing?

I am going to follow this thread.

When I walk in the door I will take off my shoes, but I will not put on shoes that someone else has worn. When I web cam with my lady she always has bare feet. I cannnot remember her ever having something on her feet when she was in her room. I can't even remember her ever wearing socks. In my place I had hardwood floors throughout the house. They are much more sanitary than a carpeted floor. If you want a carpet, get a throw rug. Then you just bring it in and get it cleaned.

Hi all!

Here in Germany allot of the people have indoor and outdoor shoes and then "going to town" shoes. They wear house shoes and then have rubber shoes for outside the house, (ie running to the "outhouse") and then the normal type shoes for town/work.
