Ok guys I'm having problems with downloading QQ....!!!!!

I have tried getting it twice now and getting the same response.

My mate who owns a computer shop has also tried downloading it onto his comps and the same rsults?

It will only download 174% of the 175%

I am using windows xp...Am I doing something wrong?

Help please.

is that the link you're using?  don't know why it would not finish downloading, are you using some kind of download accelerator program?

Check for any firewall or virus protection program stopping it?

Another could maybe help better? I don't have a PC here anymore so it's off of memory? For maybe both? Firewall can be shut off in Control Panel, maybe the Virus Protection too? It may be checking through the program causing it to seem to stop loading? I've heard that QQ can have many viruses so I would let the VP run? But it may be the cause of the sudden stop?

So Control Panel> Firewall> and then see if there is a control to shut it off but put it back on after.

Control Panel>Virus/security> and do the same off/on.

My virus protection was running while I downloaded it, Avira, and no problems getting it. I think an error box pops up if the firewall is on? My popup blocker came on and I had to temperarily allow pop ups. Could this be the problem?

I went through a few days of translating chinese just to find a contact help page. It was 3 pages long. Not what I'm use to on regular sites where it's just up front. Sending it in with the problem is called a certificate? After 3 days of getting it filled out and sent I got a email back (in chinese) saying that the certificate was not complete and I needed to reapply? In which I told them what to do with it and I'll delete it and reinstall another time? Maybe?
