How's this for some Info ?

Subject: WALMART VS. THE MORONS

Something to ponder....

In my many years I have come to a  conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm and three or more is a congress.--John Adams

1 Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart Every hour of every day.

2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!

3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March

17th) than Target sells all year.

4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target + Sears + Costco

+ K-Mart combined.

5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million people and is the largest private

Employer, and most speak English.

6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the World.

7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger & Safeway combined, and keep

in mind they did this in only 15 years.

8. During this same period, 31 supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.

9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world.

10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super

Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had 5 Years ago.

11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur At

a Wal-Mart store. (Earth's population is approximately 6.5 Billion.)

12. 90% of all Americans live within 15 miles of a Wal-Mart.

You may think that I am complaining, but I am really laying the ground

work for suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart

to Fix the economy.

This should be read and understood by all Americans Democrats,

Republicans, EVERYONE!!

To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature,  It is

now official you are ALL corrupt morons:

*    The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. You have had 234

years to get it right and it is broke.

*    Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years

to get it right and it is broke.

*    Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get

it right and it is broke.

*    War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it

right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred

to "the poor" and they only want more.

*    Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965.. You have had 44

years to get it right and they are broke.

*    Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to

get it right and it is broke.

*    The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our

dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a

budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before.

You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.

You have FAILED in every "government service" you have shoved down our

throats while overspending our tax dollars  AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO

BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM??

Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end

up in the e-mails of some of our "duly elected' and their staff (they

never read anything) will clue them in on how Americans feel.

Wow, never knew about how big Wal-mart was.  The only problem you have incountered is that...There is no Wal-mart in
NORTH KOREA, TIBET, KAKISTAN, BORA-BORA, ETC.  So they can't be world dominate (wait for one near you).  You know,
when everyone else starts dropping their prices, then Wal-mart won't seem so dominating to you.  If they can sell at lower
prices, then so can places like target, safeway etc.  also can.  "HE WHO HAS LOWER PRICES WINS".  This applies to our economy
and what people can afford.  By the way, I have found that Safeway IS cheaper than Wal-mart on a lot of things.

What this all boils down to is people like to shop but don't like to have to go from store to store tracking down deals and different
products when they are all (mostly) at one store, which brings up the cost of gas going to one store to another and another.  They
have to find a parking place (a pain in the ass) then since they are mostly lazy, gotta get out of the car and walk in. Doing this 10 times or more per day, women are worn out from pushing that shopping cart all day.  Did I forget all the traffic you have to fight?
Personally I use the fewest amount of stores as I can't hit them all in one day.  I like home Depot as they have everything and
so what if the prices are a little higher, think of all the gas I'm saving.  They  "get it done" and I never have to hear ;

were out of stock on that one

or a famous one ; it will be in tomorrow on the truck (hey I'm building now not tomorrow),

or how about the all aroundexcuse; We don't carry that anymore.

When it comes to returns, there is no problem, where in the smaller stores, It tales  more information and hassle than it does to
get on a plane and fly to china.

Ok, thats my rant... :o :o :o ;D

Arnold, Don,

Yes, Wal-Mart is huge. There is a special that was done on them. Very informative. What is not mentioned is that there have been lots of communities in the US that would not allow them to build a store in, not just foreign countries. I think it has something to do with closing down stores and leaving them sitting vacant. (I don't remember why exactly, saw the special 2 or 3 years ago) But I would like to have their profit for 1 hour!  ;D ::)

Dave C

Don,

Looks like you have visitors from another huge corporation looking into your cave. Hahaha!  ;D :o 8)

Dave C,

I am just a little more greedy than you.  I would want 1 day.  They could have the other 364.

It is funny this thread has turned into a Walmart thread.  I've been dealing with them the last 3 days.  Sending a letter to them today.  Hehe.

David5o,

Did you find that video clip you were looking for? I would like to see it if you have found it.

I wanted to put up a sound file here for the brotherhood to listen to but the attachment specs won't allow a mp3 file. It is a sound file of a news reporter reading an article on "felching" (not sure of the spelling) and he almost can't stop laughing enough to get through the article. Anyway, I thought it was very funny and wanted to share it.

Shaun,

Did you have a problem with Wal-Mart? I also have a series of pictures a friend has e-mailed me, "The People of Wal-Mart". Lets just say it is rather interesting to look at. I will put some up for you to look at if you would like, the less radical ones that is.

So, I wonder if the dealerships still leave the battery hooked up and the ignition fuse in the fuse box on the vehicles in the showroom. I would have left her in the dealership and let them call the police, but then thats just me.  ;D :o ::)
