A Poet's corner .

Today is somewhat of a Special Day !
It's 11-11-'11 !

Ahhh .. it does make it all worth it !!!

November 11th the day to remember
Those killed on fields and distant shore
Souls cut down like fallen timber

Would we burn for rest of eternity
If in our indebtedness we are remiss
To pay their Bond with our maturity

Thinking of those , who have fallen .. I myself not only do this on a/one Day out of the Year .
When I remember all those that have made our Country what it is today , I first think of the Pioneer's that traveled to the new Fronteer and all the Natives that gave their Life's .. in the word of Progress .
On the other Hand , to fight useless War's .. does take something away from the Fallen and shifts it towards the ones that are still alive and must be in a Place ( where they could lose their Life ) where they should not be in the first place . This re-directs our Energy toward un-favourable thoughts towards our Government , which is in much trouble already .

PS: Is there a Day , where we Honor the Poor Indians that we RAN over like Animals ?

Besides , Momorial Day is for the Fallen . Veteran's Day is for the ones still living and our Gov. , really takes GOOD care of them ..  ?

Journey's End?

Three years but still some more
Not yet, not yet
She lives still on distant shore
not yet not yet
My desire to embrace and kiss her
not yet not yet
One week and a little more
not yet not yet
Until I am totally assured
but still not yet
Until I board that Jet
that final approach
not yet not yet
I feel weak needing to wait
just one more week
not yet not yet
My heart engraved in stone
Never again, to be Alone
But still, not yet!

Qing was right.. she told me on the way to the Airport, me being gone.. you'll start to write new Poem! I guess she's right!

The "Lost" Bee!

A Bee's Life is full of Flowers
searching for Necktar witout a rest
buzzing through endless fields
putting the Bee onto the hardest of test

Coming to see the difference in it all
choosing only from the best
it finally finds the one to visit most
collecting .. collecting over and over
the Bee and it's favourite flower
has come to rest in a world called the west

As the Bee shares the endless love
one day it seems as all will end
as the fields are suddenly empty
buzzing and looking from above
the flower has disappeared from it's view
the Necktar was gone that was send

The Bee is lost without a doubt
so it must go on to stay alive
remembering this beautiful flower
til the one day it will all again arrive.

Funny!! I thought the same. With her gone I too thought you would scribe a humble poem about your bumble bee. But don't lament that there is no Honey in your Winnie the Pooh pot, because as Pollen comes to flowers, the wind will carry the scent and soon you will be a bliss with her sweet buzzing. 

Instead live it up that Bachelor life, because being able to leave the toilet lid up without complaints is the right of every solitaire man

Live it up? Oh yes, I'll do that! I did tell her, not to worry about me.. my "Sister's" are coming over to check on me.
Actually, she did leave enough Honey for me to live on.. for ten days that is.
It's funny, why is it so easy to write a Poem when she gone (10min.) and nothing when she's here?

10 hours to go (not 10 minutes, that it took for this one) till our sixth Valentine together. SIX with a great Woman is.. 100 more times Fun 


Happiness .. Times six (6) !

As times flies by
with warmth in the Air
a special Person.. Oh so close
to see.. just open my Eye.

Before me standing so tall
might be of no surprise
the most wonderful Person
right in front of my Eyes.

As today is Valentine
a Lover thinks of his Spouse
thanking her.. Oh so much
one more year is ahead
being able to call you “Mine”!

Due to David's and John's dilemma lately, it made me want to write a Poem ones more. This is what became of it.

"Trouble is lurking near and far"!


Having seen all kinds of trouble

couples reading each-other less

before they join in a celebration

leaving much to ones imagination.



Building a marriage on such little time

only to find later in a short while

things are not rosy or primed

drifting apart fast and with no chime.



Here Qing and I often wonder

being together not that much longer

why then is our love blessed and free

just the way we want it to be.



Living absolutely with no trouble

daily life passes oh so loving

working together as a mature couple

moment for moment- day by day

enjoying marriage what else can I say.



So where's the lurking trouble

not that both of us really care

can't let it be part in our lives

seeing no reason really to dare

where others go in quite despair.

I wrote this back in the day when my life was in love turmoil.

Chris, "Wish we had more Romance in today's Men".. I have over-heard a Woman say ones while in a Restaurant eating. Well, I certainly haven't lost it and I see here among us.. some of them still have "IT" too!

For me...creativity comes when I have been in a dark lonely place.

I have written many love letters to Hong though. I wonder how translation has ruined them?
