Another point is, ...contrary to what you say above, i've posted far more explicit photo's of women in the same thread, none to my knowledge have been deleted in the past and certainly not for the reason you have given!!!

I only recently came back as a MOD and was assigned this section. Just refer to those pics on which post and I'll delete them. :icon_cool:  Pretty soon, everybody will start posting their favorite large breast pics. I gave you my reason, heck, I even complimented you on your potato sack joke. I thought it was very funny. You don't like my deletions, PM Maxx. He's the MOD ombudsman for you members.

On the subject of female members, our group as a whole agree to invite them in as readers. As a courtesy, let's keep this site clean. Give us a f - - - ing break, you guy have never seen large breast before ??? Go buy a dirty rag. IMHO, I felt the pic need to be deleted. It's done, get over it. As I stated, is it really that important ? Maybe your issue is not the pic being deleted but that it was part of your post that was deleted.

Chong....

Who agreed to invite ladies, i was most certainly not approached and i've seen no consenus either??

This is a typical reaction, when you don't like what anyones posted!!!  Why would i tell you the post numbers for you to go delete them??

Start thinking about the Male Members here, and ''NOT'' those that visit annonomously under the guise of Guest!!!!

Anyone, including yourself that took offence at the said post, really does need a reality check. Remember that the vast majority of the membership here are ''Mature Adults'', not children that need guidance in morals....

It was a joke Chong, .....A Joke!!! The guys here would have forgoten about that joke in 2 seconds flat, don't try and turn it into something it wasn't, and especially in the name of these anonomous ladies, who eventually will do this Forum more harm than good, ....and you can take that to the bank!!!

As for you additional last comment, ...i'm not that shallow minded Chong.  You are as usual, not seeing the point that is being made, and i can't make it any clearer for you either. What i've been talking about here is the ''Reason used'' to delete the joke....

Ok, calm down guy's.  First Chong:  I for one have not seen that picture, and if I did (probably) I forgot what the heck it
was about, but coming from David50, it had to be funny.  He is the funnyman and I really enjoy reading and looking at
his jokes.  Guy's got a hell of a sense of humor. :icon_cheesygrin:

David, your the forum funny man.  You have a warped sense of humor and I for one love it, keep it coming.  Your posts
always make me smile, and cheer me up.  I will have to pm you one your going to love, but don't post it on here.

Keep in mind that I for one don't mind women on here at all, but they have to realize this is a MEN'S forum and no sniveling.  No
matter what is said or shown.  We are animals here (beats on chest) and I love this forum.  We have a good time making manly
jokes with each other and enjoy it.  Yes we do discuss marrage and all other aspects of getting the girl and paperwork, but there
is no reason we can't have fun doing it.  If we get off thread, we get back on a page later.  We kind of police ourselves.  If we stayed
serious, everyone would go somewhere else for fun, because it would be boring as hell.  Oh, you could get vital information and
help here, but it would still be boring.

Personally, I love it here and check in several times a day, just to see what's up with the brothers.  Sometimes I will leave a
comment (lots haha) but sometimes I just check in to see what's up and log off agian. I have gained a lot of friends since
signing on here that are funny and wise and I have learned a lot of things.  So I say THANK YOU to everyone.  You all make
my old age enjoyable.

So sit back, have a cold beer and relax, and keep an open mind.

I did not look and think Im gonna start trouble here, I looked and thought, you know what, sometimes those 'Yanks' just dont get our humour.

I agree we do not always get your humor.  I mean if you would speak proper English maybe we would. :icon_cheesygrin:

I do like most British humor.  Two of my favorite TV shows are Keeping up Appearances and The Vicar of Dibley.

David.....

That's a good question, and to be honest, I don't remember how this came about.  I do remember back on facebook that we had a discussion there about having women join us, and we decided to not have our women over, for exactly these reasons.

To be honest, I can not remember when this rule changed here, or if it actually was discussed.  I think it just happened.  And I am equally as guilty, as my wife is also a member here.

So now that the women are here, what shall we do about this?  I am not going to discuss Chong's decision to erase a post because of its nature.  I will defend Chong's decision.  But what I would like to discuss here, is what do we do in the future about it?  Do we say that this is a guys forum, and that women are welcome, but that there is content they might find offensive?  I am looking for direction here, on this particular issue.  Obviously, we know that there will be times that having a lady reading this forum can be dangerous.  Look at what happened to Scottish Rob.  So where do we go from here?

Martin,

If you remember it was Paul Todd's wife who first got on the site and made comments.  Then a few others.

I agree with some of the things that have been said.  For a while I was sweating bullets thinking about Peggy joining this site.  I thought that was the thing we were suppose to do.  It was a relief when I was told that I should not do it.  Peggy will ask occasionally about it but never asks to be a part of it.  I will not offer.

There needs to be a place for us men.  Women who venture onto this site need to know this is a site for men and if they do not like what they see or read they need to leave post haste.  Chen Yan is the only woman who has stayed on this site any length of time and I welcome her to continue.  She gives us and insight we need.  I think she also knows this is a mens site and that she will see things she may not agree with.  She doesn't comment about those.  I think everyone treats her with the respect she deserves.

The picture?  I am not for it but I would not delete it either.  If I saw it, and maybe even linger there a while, I would dismiss it and move on.  Chong you may have over reacted and that is OK.  You did what you thought was the right thing to do.  David you know not everyone of you will see eye to eye. (Can't we all just get along?)

be the right thing to do either.

hehe maybe you should ban me for bringing this topic up:icon_cheesygrin::icon_cheesygrin:

Martin you are right about what happened to me.  However what I have NOT told anyone is that myself and Sophie have put the threads behind us, and have moved further along because of it.

Rockycoon ... you have a short memory. You posted right after stating ... "that you probably need to be there with a milkcan right underneath her" ... or words to that effect.

Shaun ... It wasn't an overreaction.

David5o ... what I wrote was a sarcastic joke about erasing your previous pics. You didn't read between the lines. As typical of your post comebacks, you have to resort to a personal remark. Yeah, okay ... I don't get it ... Whatever !!!

Many members state that we MODs are too serious. It's time to look at yourselves in the mirror. Whose making a big issue of out something that's so insignificant to this Forum. So I deleted a nudie pic, so what ??? If you guys had your own Forum, you would be moderating as we're ... that's according to your judgement/opinion. That's what I did. .

There was a topic made in the past about welcoming a women point of view to the Forum ... which thread, I don't remember off hand. The posts afterwards welcome this suggestion. Sorry David5o that we didn't consult you. We'll put you at the top of the list next time. :icon_cool:

Ok I think everybody needs a time out.I haven'y seen the picture everybody is argueing about.Or the comments that were made after the picture was posted and deleted.

When you singed up for this forum. There was a list of rules to be followed.I do remember one of the rules says no pornography. So if Chong thanks that this picture is pornography or is in bad taste. He has every right to delete it.If somebody has a problem. They think one of my mods are being heavy handed. You or more then welcome to send the deleted post to me.For further review.

I would like to bring something up...and in no way am I trying to be controversial.  Just something I have noticed.  I am not pointing the finger at anyone, so please do not take offense.

Every now and then, I get the feeling that the mods are a target for different people's anger.  For whatever reason, they are the targets.  When it comes to throwing shit at the mods, it is apparently unacceptable when a mod gets angry and throws shit back.

I know in the past, I have publicly blasted a member or two.  I am not justifying this.  And when I have done this, I get some angry responses.  The same thing happens when you go after the mods.  Nobody wants to be attacked in this way. (and yes, I am being hypocritical because I have done it myself)

I am not saying that there is no room for discussion, because in my opinion, there is always room for discussion, and room for change.  The mods are human, and prone to getting upset when they feel as though they have been attacked.  Like anyone else on this forum, they will defend themselves.

And also, because we are human we all tend to see things differently.  For myself, i did not see this picture.  But what is not offensive to some, is considered offensive to someone else.  We are all human...well, except for Maxx.  I am just looking for understanding when we start throwing mud.  I will also try to be more aware of it in the future, in my own postings.

Chong, oh yeh, now I remember that one.  And yes I mentioned a milk can and stool.  I did not look at it as a dirty picture
but more of a funny joke.  It was posted in a humor area.  But hey, if its deleted, Its deleted.  Let a dead dog alone.  No harm
to anyone.  Can't believe all this over a deleted joke.  Lets forget it and move on to bigger and better things.
