thought i would post a few points of interest to see and do in Guilin
solitary beauty peak-- a great climb with a 14th century palace with a theater that holds shows nightly
seven star park---- the peaks resemble the big dipper with a cave to explore thats interesting and cool inside
Bravo hotel------ great place to stay
Guilin International Commodity Market----- take bus 11 to there many interesting things to see and buy lots
of great wood carvings
Reed Flute Cave----- very nice underground caverns takes a while to go thru but its nice and they have it lit up
very nice with colors
Yangshou------ small villages in the countryside great bike ride thru it and many great silk items for sale
Downtown----- at night when its lit up is great with small vendors selling things, people doing singing, various plays
there is also a place downtown that the park is a replica of the world and you can show were your from and at night
the hotel there does a light show and theres a waterfall that goes down the side of the hotel with music playing that
is about 15 minutes long a good picture oppurtunity all around Guilin
