Just been listening to BBC World service. 

Exports from China are now booming to Middle east Countries of replacement Hymens.

The Chinese have found a way of 'restoring the virginity' of those who have the money to pay for it.  No operation just a quick insertion of the false hymen.

Posted to the arab lands and the women are able to marry with their heads held high!!

Another little titbit is that an International report says that in 2 decades most of China will have the standard of living of most Western Countries and will start to over take them.

But  you miss the secret of this item David.
