I have just called about Qing's Green Card ( which has an extension of one year) that is NOT good enough for her to receive her Reg. Drivers License. The Lady over the Phone told me, they do not send out sticker's for the back of the Green Card anymore (that's what the DMV wants for Proof), so I got directed to this Website to make an appointment to see what can be done about the License issue.
