Pornography is simply defined as: " printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate sexual excitement.

So whether or not the alleged photo fitted the prescription of Constructionalism, Determinism or Objectivism....it sure fitted the description of Porn !!!

Whether Porn in a classic sense can be considered guilty of any further Literary crime or a necessary precurser to outrageous anti-social behaviour is surely in the eye and mind of the beholder....and subject to the beady eyes of the Mods...whose determinations will always be obeyed.....

Did this thread turn from a blocked porn to a discussion on what is or is not porn?  If anyone is sad they missed a girl with a skirt maybe or maybe not showing something... there is a ton of porn on the internet... If you missed this one pic, you can find thousands... nay, MILLIONS... of pics on the internet.

Jeex...Lighten up Guys.....

Now and again, some of the Bros' jump off into irrelevant trivia....it's a laugh, it's healthy, and it's part of the diversity of character and opinion that most of us share as an adjunct to the main objective which is our Chinese Ladies and the respective trials, tribulations, sucesses or failures...the whole nine yards.

The Mods have always worked diligently to make sure that we are all genuine Chinese Partner seekers here, and you can be sure that we are a very diverse bunch....but in the main, we have an underlying sincerity to explore all things Chinese/Chinese Partners. Almost always, the fraudsters et al get culled out by the mods, or laughed out by the bros.....( witness the thread from "new face" who started all this.)

If this (or any) thread goes beyond what is considered appropriate...then the Mods will can it, or it will die a natural death from lack of attention/interest.

There are many, many "serious" threads and posts on the Site......just one little piece of irrelevant trivia aint gonna spell the end of the World as we know it !!!

The last time I looked, this website is about boy meets girl. It is a captive audience of mostly Western men
with interest in China women.
Where exactly is the convergence, if there is one, between what is art & what is porn.

For those who seem to be too intellectual to understand, there a laws that govern what is considered to be pornographic.   For one who said he never saw the picture you seem to be way to obsessed in pointing out the difference between art and pornography.
