Haha :)
Forget about the 1st home, because I live in a flat, so does my ex, but her flat is bigger than mine, for sure. In mine, 2 persons can live in, (even if only one room) but 3, it's not possible (or I should move, buying a new one, bigger, but I am thinking about that for later).
I don't think that Liyan is calling her parents everyday, because most of time, she doesn't call them. Maybe does her mother call her sometimes, but not often.
Bringing my daughter (3 years old) in China would be very very long for her, I think. More than 11 hours in a plane, 7 hours decale... well. Maybe later would sound better for her, I think.

Smal update about Liyan :
she got a gastritis and gastric polyps, and will have a minor operation.
Right now, she can't eat spicy food, sour food, banana and apple... she also have some medicine.

EDIT : she connected quickly on QQ. She went to hospital with Kiki, because she was not fine at all, and will go home again. I'll update that post.
I really don't think Liyan is lying because just before I left Gz, she became ill. At first, she said because I was leaving, she was very sad, but later, she still was ill. So her news this morning via mail.
Well. I hope she can feel better ASAP. As I told to her, I am beside her & love her.

Well, Liyan wrote me this morning...
I don't know what's really wrong with chinese hospitals but I don't really understand why they can't be sure about Liyan's problems...

She told me that yesterday, she was to a big hospital, because she felt uncomfortable, and that she had a lot of checks. A doctor said that it's not stomach's problems but MAYBE appendicitis...
Wow...

the "maybe" just scares me... why can't they be sure????
Plus, if it is appendicitis, I know man can have 3 types of it, small, medium and big... and the big one can be very bad for anyone who hasn't been operated fast...
I'm also scared about it because as I said, Liyan is ill just before I left Gz, on the 28 February... And today is 12 March...  so, 2 weeks.... :s

She told me too that the doctor gave her medecine but she still feels uncomfortable. If she's still like that, On Sunday, she'll go back there.

but I told her via mail that if she's really uncomfortable again, that she SHOULD go today, and saying that she is ill since 28/02...
Of course, I care for her... I am also very scared that a big hospital in Gz can't really say why Liyan is ill... (she's vomiting, whatever she can eat, it's not ok)
Sorry to "explain" more about her illness since 2 weeks... but as I said, it's not a baby... for sure.

Wow, Sly your story is getting more complicated than mine!

From what's I've heard, Chinese hospitals do a lot of checking before they know what's wrong. There are a lot of "maybe's" involved. :s Also there are different standards of hospital - mother Wu got treated in good Yichang one, but they travelled to Wuhan to go to an excellent hospital.

Liyan sent me another mail, saying she would like to see me tonight. I said ok but if she felt very uncomfortable, that the best would be for her to go to hospital.
Brett, I hope Liyan won't have to go so far away to have a good treatment asap.

Little update.
Liyan was on QQ. For sure, she is not fine at all, just could walk a little, always pain, and she looked very very tired.
I asked her many times to go to hospital. Finally, she is going there now (it is actually 23:53, chinese hour)
Name of the Hospital where she is going : ?????????

I asked her to give Kiki my QQ Id and my email, so if there is any news, Kiki can bring it to me if she is ok.
Liyan said that she had some injections about her health problem and some "drug" but it doesn't help for a long period.
She showed me where she got pain, most of the time, and it is around appendicitis.
She told me she was like that 7 years ago, and so that I didn't have to worry, but, oh dudes, if you could see her, I think you would be just like me, asking you why she said she could wait to go to hsopital...

Now, I am sad, for sure, because I don't know what else to do to help her, except being beside her, in her heart, praying and hoping she can be operated if necessary fast, and a fast recover, too.
Sorry if you may think that this message should not be here, but I didn't really know where to "put it".
Next update when Liyan or Kiki can bring some news.

Hi Sylvain,

That's bad news, sorry to hear that ... when you get her to France she will be covered by your sécurité sociale, have her checked out then. Those belly pains can have many different causes and some are hard to find.

At the same time don't worry to much, the Chinese hospitals are good and competent, they will take care of her for the moment.

Yeah don't worry - a lot of stomach pains are stress related so it might not be anything. Mrs Wu has got pretty good care from the health service over there.

Hi Frank
Well...
I just gonna think it's just a f....n' hospital :@:@:@
Liyan did many check ups, they can't guess what she really have.. "maybe" seems to be the only words they are sure about...
She had 2 injections today (maybe a bit some more), and the pain is still here... if a doctor said "maybe appendicitis", it seems that other doctor are not sure about it. And Liyan is still at Zhongshan hospital, with her pain, and "nobody" can help her...
What a :@:@:@:@:@
but the hospital asked Liyan to pay... oh well, for that, I gonna think that the hospital can say "sure"....:@

Sylvain,

I know it's hard to accept ... but these things can be complex. And if she has an appendicitis flare but it's not acute, they won't operate, same here in France.

I could be stress related as Brett suggests, there are many psychosomatic bowel problems ... don't worry too much, she seems not to be too worried too much by it, go ahead and try to do the same.

Good luck in any case!

So, how man can explain me that since the 27.02 she is ill, most of time, vomiting, and that, if he could see Liyan on QQ as I saw her, yes, for sure, he would have many good reasons to care...
What I can dislike the most is "maybe" from the chinese hospital. What about all those checkups???
Maybe could Liyan have some "calculations"? in her stomach, I don't know, maybe appendicitis, but well, in 2 weeks, that is not the smallest one, if so...
Ok, I know I'm not doctor, but I don't know what to do and expect from what can Liyan have... except than even when walking she said she was didn't feel good at all.
Now, she told me that her phone was low battery and so, right now, I have no news from her...
:icon_confused:
Well, thanks anyway for support, Brett & Franck.

Sly,

maybe when my wife gets back if you want i could get the hospital number
in Foshan which is between GZ and Zhongshan. my brother in law is a doctor
of internal medicine there and is very good and highly respected. maybe she could go
to see him at his hospital. he is a real doctor as in china some people who say they
are doctors are really the equivalant of what we call in the USA  registered nurses
just a thought. he does everything including operations if need be

Ted,
Many thanks for your comment. I really appreciate. Just let me know so when you can have the infos.
I think that it could be "more" useful and helpful to Liyan anyway :)
