I replied to sly with a PM asking him to stay.  I feel a little responsible as I was teasing him a little today.

I'm from 1965.

It still feels like I've just finished high school. Sometimes on my way back from the market here in Melbourne, I take a short cut through one of the university campuses. It seems like just yesterday I was skipping classes, and eating chips and drinking beer first thing of the day - and that's still how I'd like to be living now *laughs*

Feel 20-25 (helps when you work with youngsters in that age range too)

I'm 25 years old + 102 Months. :P

Actually looks like I'm the pup here... though a few are just a tad older than I.

I'm wondering something too... do Chinese normally count the year they're born as their first year? So a 25 year old would say they're 26. The reason why I bring this up is because when I first talked to my girl she told me she was going to be 26 next month but when we started talking about Chinese Horoscopes she mentioned she was born in the year of the "mouse" (She used mouse, guess it sounds cuter than rat, lol) Which is really cool because I'm a dragon and rats and dragons are supposedly a perfect match. But the years didn't add up right if she was going to be 26. So when I asked again she told me her year of birth and it turns out she's going to be 25 next month. She said the reason why she 26 is because she goes by the Chinese year model.

Anyway, not a big deal. Younger girlfriend FTW!

Brent,

It's common to say you are one year old at birth in many Asian countries, But on all official documentations, the age is counted as everywhere else in the world. ....And starts counting from birth
Just another of these custom/cultural things i guess, but it can be confusing!!  lol!!
